PLEASE National Capital District Commission, be realistic.
It’s common knowledge that crime is everywhere.
Apec will come and go. Crime will still remain and no one can deny that.
If valuable properties are lost, it will take time and effort to replace them but if lives are lost, nothing can replace them.
So please look for other alternatives such as repainting the fences or growing some crawling plants to at least give a better picture of the city.
Please don’t remove the fences.
