After 10 years, couple reaches new level

HUSBAND and wife Sioni and Ginia Sialis started their business 10 years ago with K40 and are now entering an exciting growth phase of their business called Tapioca Delight.
They knew that funding, discipline and innovation would be vital to expanding their cake and catering business.
The business, specialising in cakes, cupcakes and corporate catering, has been operating out of their property in Boroko since 2012.
Last year, Kina Bank provided them with a small-medium enterprise business loan to meet their need for capital expenditure.
“Increased productivity and innovation are key to growth,” Ginia said. “But you need a healthy cash flow, disciplined behaviour and a healthy injection of funding to leap into that growth.”
She said they plan to increase production.
“Thanks to the funding from Kina Bank, several much-needed equipment are currently under procurement.”
