Johnson appointed as non-executive director

DARYL Johnson has been appointed a non-executive director for Credit Corporation (PNG) Ltd effective June 24.
Johnson is based in Melbourne, Australia.
His areas of expertise include banking, finance, payments, and risk management in Australia and internationally.
According to the company, he was recruited because of his ability to “lead innovatively, challenge the status quo, develop strategy, drive constructive change, and deliver results”.
Johnson currently sits on the boards of Beyond Bank Australia as a non-executive director – since February 2019.
He is also a non-executive director on CUSCAL Ltd and is an advisory board member on HSD, a privately-owned technology company that provides services to private and government organisations.
His last executive engagement was with Rabobanbk New Zealand Limited as chief executive officer.
Prior to that he was at the National Australia Bank and the ANZ Banking Group where he held key executive management positions.
