Ame stays loyal to People’s National Congress Party

OUSTED Goroka MP Henry Ame is re-contesting the seat he lost in a recent court ruling, under the People’s Congress Party (PNC) party banner.
Deputy PNC leader and Yangoru-Saussia MP Richard Maru and party members Bari Palma (Kerowagi), Robert Atiyafa (Henganofi) and Benny Allan (Ungai-Bena) were at Ame’s Kefamo village outside Goroka town to witness his declaration.
Ame said he won the seat in the 2017 general election as a Country Party candidate.
But he later joined the PNC. “I remained a loyal PNC Party MP until the vote of no confidence which toppled the PNC-led Government,” he said. Maru thanked the party supporters in Goroka and outlined some of the infrastructure developments by the PNC-led Government such as the Goroka provincial hospital, Goroka airport, Goroka market, streets lights and the Goroka town roads.
He vowed to support Ame during the eight weeks of campaign.
The court nullified Ame’s election as Goroka MP.

The country knows that the developments where from tax payers money from other bilateral partner countries but PNC put in good uses and we have seen the light at the end of a tunnel. Lets go for PNC and let them run the show. Parties without policies dont know what to do and where to start and stagnant now. Do the same as PNC did.
