Angry Westpac customer

I LODGED my application for mobile banking service at Westpac Waigani branch last year, but to date nothing has happened.
This is despite providing my ID and filling in necessary forms.
I am beginning to looking for options to switch banks than to waste my time with a bank whose customer service is below par.
I request the management of Westpac Bank to have qualified and customer-oriented staff to manage the mobile banking service.
