Appeal for funding

THIS is a genuine request to Governor for Jiwaka Dr William Tongamp and North Waghi MP Dr Fabian Pok.
I am not acting in disguise to enrich myself or trying to misuse public funds for my personal gain.
I am seeking funds from your office to help me publish my book of 10 short stories.
Writing is something few people with special talent manage to do.
I hope my good governor and member realise how important and significant my book project is and would not hesitate to help.
Donations by Moresby North East MP John Kaupa and NCD Governor Powes Parkop has gone to primary expenses such as typing, editing, graphic designs and other expenses.
