Appoint Wabo as assistant coach

I CALL on the PNG Rugby Football League and those who are responsible for PNG Hunters to take Charlie Wabo on board as assistant coach for the 2021 season.
Wabo has proved himself and the PNG sporting fraternity that he is the man for the job.
He has the experience and potential.
Wabo’s remarkable coaching led to the Hela Wigmen’s victory over all-time favourite, Lae Snax Tigers.
The current head coach is an Australian who knows very little Tok Pisin which at times will impede the development of the team.
Cultural barriers should be considered as new members may take time in communicating well.
It will be good if we have an international as well as local coaches to help boost our team.
The rookie winning coach Wabo is a workaholic and result-oriented coach that can prove helpful for the Hunters programme.
He has the capability to instil discipline, mental toughness and adaptability into the players.
His preciseness and accurate tactics will be a bonus for the club.
If the Hunters are serious about winning the 2021 Intrust Super Cup then they should get Charlie Wabo as the assistant coach.
