Bank charges ridiculous

 I WOULD like to air my view about the high bank fees by commercial banks which are unbearable as pointed out by NCD Governor Powes Parkop.

I was a victim of Bank South Pacific in Port Moresby. 

I raised a bank cheque for K10, 000 and I paid K40 bank fee for this transaction. 

When  I checked the balance the next day, K200 was debited from my account as cash handling fee.  

Can the finance minister do something about it?
