KINA Bank says it has seen a rise in the number of home loan applications after launching its priority customer offering Prime late last year, attracting a significant amount of customer attention.
Head of Prime customers Yawetau Salem, said with Prime, customers not only received a low three-year fixed home loan rate of 5.47 per cent per annum, but were also entitled to a three-year fee free visa debit card with no monthly and annual fees.
Salem said specially designed with distinctive features, the visa debit card immediately identified a customer’s Prime status.
“This innovative new product from Kina Bank has disrupted the market and demonstrated the bank’s commitment to increasing competition,” He said. “For first home buyers and customers looking to refinance for renovation opportunities, Kina Bank has become the ‘go-to’ bank for home loan solutions.
“Every day, we have potential customers calling us, emailing us, or simply sending us messages via our social media platform enquiring on how to purchase a home or enquire on refinance options.
“Our social media platforms have been a hit as a really easy way for customers to contact us.
“We can answer queries and help point our customers in the right direction.
“Not only do we offer the lowest home loan interest rate in the market, customers have the added benefit of their very own relationship adviser to guide them through buying your house or refinancing.”
