CONDUCTING William Kapris’ trial in camera is insane and highly suspicious.
The judge who presided over this particular application must reveal his reason for granting the application.
Reporting on Kapris trial will not put the country’s security at risk.
Allowing the media to cover and report the trial without suppression is justice seen to be done.
By barring journalists from covering the trial will only lead to the wrong conclusion and give the perception that the government has something to hide.
PNG is a democratic country and the Chief Justice must order the judge to review his decision or quashed it altogether.
Papua New Guineans have the right to know what is going on and keep abreast with the trial.
We cannot allow the so-called “big fish or sharks” to move freely with the haus tambaran.
