THE Black Hill Kids off-season rugby league team was fortunate to receive a set of uniforms from Moresby North East MP Labi Amaiu yesterday.

On behalf of MP Amaiu a set of jerseys was present by community leader Tony Waisa, pictured, to the Black Hills team management and players at the Unagi oval.

Waisa said the uniforms cost K1600 and urged the team management and players to take care and use the jerseys only during games and “not to wear them and show off in the community.”

Waisa thanked MP Amaiu for supporting youths in his electorate who need assistance to buy uniforms and equipment to play in the NCD Baaz Nokondi Eastern Highlands off-season league competition.
