THE Government is urged to implement the death penalty to deal with the senseless people responsible for killing innocent mothers and children in Hela. Tari-Pori’s Tebi local level government community leader Hengepe Andalu said: “It is time we take Hela back to the rule of law and have the ‘animals’ hanged in Tari town as a public example. There are three warlords known to the people of Hela and they should be arrested.”
