Firm on lockdown
THE Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited (MVIL) has been closed since March 24 as part of the Government’s 14-day lockdown. Policy holders whose policies expire during the shutdown period should restrict movement and call in to re-new when the office is opened again.

MP supports health
TEWAE-Siassi MP Dr Kobby Bomario has allocated K100,000 to assist the Morobe health authority during the 14-day lockdown. Bomario also allocated K200,000 to monitor the spread of the virus in the district.

Chaos looming
President of Millennium Good Governance Steven Andambo has warned of chaotic law and order problems caused by hunger stricken urban settlers. He said it is imminent because income sources of urban settlers through informal activities such as street vending are stopped due to the state of emergency.
