Build roads to boost agriculture

Letters

NO matter inflated or fake or whatever descriptions, former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill has done extremely well for our country.
Prime Minister James Marape need to continue as the PNG economy can only be grown with public roads infrastructures.
He should encourage growth in the agricultural sector and roads as the launching pad for such growth.
Build more roads to rural areas to encourage agriculture sector’s growth.
Marape’s SME policy is good so direct to the agriculture sector and not Port Moresby based hire cars, real estates, hair salon, fingernails polishing shops, nightclubs or Powes Parkop’s Yoga.
These goods don’t grow the economy.
They are lazy men’s jobs.
PNG has the potential to become the food-bowl of the Asia-Pacific region.
Encourage people to return or remain in rural areas.
Urban drift can be reduced or stopped with legislation such as the Vagrancy Act.
Build more roads and more roads.
Engage the nation to full production.
Roads can only empower such growth.
