Bumpers awarded cup

THE National Capital District Suburban Sports Association has awarded the NCD Governors Christmas Cup to Hohola Freeway Bumpers.
Bumpers were leading 6 Mile Tigers 20-18 in the disrupted grand final when supporters invaded the field.
The decision was handed down on Monday night by NCDSSA chairman Billy Aki after consulting with referee Gerry Kaiuk, touch judge John Kilori and judiciary committee member David Silovo.
