Central Governor’s Cup

IT was good news to read in the newspaper that the Central Governor’s Cup, the premier rural rugby league competition in Central, is gearing for its fifth season.
I personally commend the officials of Central Governor’s Cup for their effort in running the code of rugby league within the province.
The pathway to participate in the country’s premier rugby league Digicel Cup competition is in your capable hands.
Although our facilities are not up to standard, we have a lot of talented players who can excel in any sports. This was evident when Team Central 9s rugby league team won the silver and goal medals during past PNG Games.
