A non-governmental organisation launched two new resource materials developed for training local communities about environmental laws on Friday.
Centre for Environmental Law and Community Rights Incorporation ( CELCOR) advocates about wise use of natural resources and sound management at the community level.
Constitutional Law Reform Commission Secretary Dr Eric Kwa when launching the materials said  the materials were excellent learning tools and something the government had unable to do.
“I was actually asked to write the foreword and I spent some quality time to go through the books from the start to the end,” Kwa said.
“I found that these two books, Community Legal Education Trainers Resource Tool Kit and Community Legal Education Participants Work Book are an excellent resource material that is developed very well.”
