A MAN from East Sepik has won the Flame Winim Haus promotion run by Goodman Fielder International.
Leevan Jonah, 24, becomes the second winner of a Poroman kit home. The promotion ran for three months and the winners were drawn on Dec 22.
Goodman Fielder International said 300,000 entries were received.
The first winner was Gainkiyal Kamira, from the National Capital District, who won a Bilas kit home worth over K260,000.
Jonah won a kit home valued at K140,000.
Regional sales manager for Momase Christian Lucas said the promotion was a way of thanking the faithful customers of Flame Flour products.
“We have come up with this promotion to give back to our customers who had been with us throughout the years.”
Winner Jonah said the house was a Christmas gift.
“I usually buy 12 packs of 2kg Flame Flour which I have been doing for many years to make doughnuts and sell them,” he said.
“When the winim haus promotion came up, I started to take part by dropping the receipts with my name into the entry box provided at the shop. I forgot about it and did not even think that I could win.
“However, I realise that I really won when I saw my name in the papers.”
