Church opens building

THE Revival Centres of PNG believes that the church is fulfilling its mission to preach the gospel of salvation to all, with the opening of its new church building at 9-Mile outside Port Moresby.
The building was opened on Saturday.
Church leader Andrew Kamna said the church was built at a cost of K140,000 from money donated mostly by the congregation.
“Whatever ways that God has blessed us with, we then used the resources to build this church,” he said. “This building will have people come in to worship God and will serve the purposes of soul-winning for the many decades after.”
Kamna said when the church members put their resources to doing the work of God, they could expect God to bless them in ways they never thought possible.
The church was first established in the country on Sept 1, 1982, in Karaite village, Lumi, West Sepik, by founder Pr Godfrey Wippon.
