Clear explanation on measures needed

THE state of emergency pandemic measure 10 requires people to wear a mask at markets, on public transport and in a business establishment open to the public.
Where does it say a driver of a vehicle, alone in car, needs to wear a mask? It does not.
Why would a lone driver need to wear a mask anyway?
There is no one inside with them to infect. I wish the police would stop making up their own rules in an effort to ask for money from the public.
How about some clarification from the Pandemic Controller or Police Minister to ensure measures are properly adhered to?

  • and why tell people to wear mask and enter shops and than not allow more people into the shop, isn’t the mask protecting us or social distancing does even if you are wearing the mask.
