Come up with recovery plan

Letters

PAPUA New Guinea is a developing country that is trying to keep up with developments happening around the world today.
We commend the Government for doing all it can to keep the economy moving despite the Coronavirus pandemic presenting many challenges.
Although parts of our economy was hit, we manage to pull through.
I think the Government should put out a clear recovery plan so people can know and vote candidates whose policies are in line with the recovery plan.
This plan should include settling our debts.
Our debts are high and are cause of concern.
But if we can be strategic and focused, we can repay our loans soon.
We should stop borrowing and make better decisions to help us settle our debts.
With God’s help, I know we will be free from debts.
The focus of the new government after the elections should be on economic recovery.
There is still hope and a way forward.
