Stop counterfeit traders

THIS relates to foreign trading companies luring Papua New Guineans on trading options including Bitcoin and others.
These companies use WhatsApp as their medium of communication and chose participating locals to act as agents.
These agents have accounts in PNG banks.
Unsuspecting Papua New Guineans transfer or deposit money into these agents’ accounts and never see their money or benefit from their investments.
Can PNG banks review all its accounts and remove accounts that are being set or being used as transfer mechanisms for these foreign con traders?
