Comments against minister a no-brainer

I REFER to the letter “Duma must shoulder the blame” (The National, Sept 2) by David Wambi, who is upset over the ministerial determination for Juha.
Juha project is owned by three major groups – Febi Western province group 50%, Tuguba Pepe group 40% and Febi Southern Highlands group 10%.
As Juha principal well-head owner and chairman of the umbrella company, Juha Joint Venture Ltd, who is this writer to comment and attack a state minister?
We, landowners, see such comments as a no-brainer.
William Duma is a national leader who has served the interest of the impacted project landowners.
We, landowners, do not know who this writer is or what his intention is by making such comments.
