THE Constitutional and Law Reform Commission (CLRC) is inviting public views to review the laws on city planning and urban development.
Speaking during the launching of the review in Port Moresby yesterday, acting secretary Dorothy Kesenga said public views were “very important in this process”.
“We will all work together on this review and consult key people that they can give us some good proposals that will assist us in the final report,” Kesenga said.
She said that CLRC was mandated to review the laws and that was the theory they were dealing with but when it came to practical application, it would be the implementing agencies as they would give the real challenges faced through the implementation of the laws.
