THE Dream Boot Camp programme for The Voice has been given a boost by Trukai Industries with its support for the camp in Port Moresby.

The programme is the first component of its three-level leadership development programme at the University of PNG.

Coordinator Tumolen Yehiwara said The Voice was delighted to have Trukai’s backing for their camp this year.

“The donations will contribute in a big way to subsidise catering costs for our boot camp and we look forward to an ongoing partnership with Trukai Industries,” Yehiwara said.

Trukai marketing officer Jonda Rahiria said the company was happy to support what The Voice was doing to help young people.

“This programme will try to take young people through a self-discovery process that emphasises on building an individual before providing avenues for them to contribute to their communities through small projects,” Rahiria said.

The camp will take place from June 20 to 22 at the Motupore Island Research Centre.
