Company plans to link institutions

EMSTRET Holdings Ltd or “The Hub” is planning to bring in regulatory and financial institutions into its co-working space to make it a one-stop shop for small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to access different services, chief executive officer Vani Nades says.
Nades said this would save SMEs the time and effort to access services by having these institutions at one place rather than going to different locations.
She said there were already several organisations who were willing to partner with them but SMEs should get themselves organised so that they could be assisted.
“Some of the things that we are aspiring to is to bring to our space is the IPA (Investment Promotion Authority), the IRC (Internal Revenue Commission) and also the banks,” she said.
“Once we get IPA on board, we can get SMEs to register their businesses here.
“Once we have IPA partner with us, IRC will also join. IRC is just waiting for IPA and then we can get the banks as well.
“Kina Bank is looking forward to partner with us so it is much easier.
“This will become a one-stop business centre so instead of going and standing in queues, you can come here and get things done.”
