Sports

THIS weekend is expected to be tough as the men’s sides look to better their positions on the Port Moresby Rugby Football League (POMRFL) competition ladder.
There will be crucial matches to determine the final standings for the top-eight playoffs.
Tarangau are leading the competition followed by Brothers, Kone Storm, Kone Tigers, Paga Panthers and Butterflies with four matches remaining.

This weekend will only feature POMRFL players who will be without their Digicel Cup stars.
Digicel Cup players have been disqualified from the POMRFL competition as they have been ruled to provide an unfair advantage to teams.
