Confusing bus runs

CAN the transport board in Lae make all PMV buses and PMV trucks display their route numbers?
It is confusing and frustrating when PMV buses from the Highlands or PMV buses from Madang try to do business in Lae city.
I am sick and tired of seeing PMV buses from the highlands doing runs in Lae city and outside the city as well.
On the other hand, PMV buses in Lae city are all over the place.
For example, 13A should stick to its route.
The PMV bus that should run from the main market to the miles area does a PMV run from Main Market to Aigris Market (main wharf) instead.
Please transport board do something so we know whether it’s a PMV from our route or a PMV from Lae.
