Cop in court for alcohol abuse

 A policeman who allegedly drank alcohol while travelling in a moving vehicle on Monday appeared before the Lae district court and had his case adjourned to Aug 13.

Magistrate Sasa Inkung adjourned the case after the officer pleaded not guilty to drinking alcohol in a moving vehicle and resisting arrest. Two other men who were with him also denied drinking alcohol in a moving vehicle.
