Correctional Services lack manpower

THE Correctional Services lack manpower and need to address this problem.
Currently, the ratio of per officer is to detainee is 1:80 and the department needs to seriously look into this big issue.
We are currently seeing consistent jail breaks which shows that the Correctional Services needs additional manpower.
I appeal to the commissioner and the good minister to look into this issue.
