ABOUT 800 guests are expected to attend the Prime Minister’s eighth back-to-business breakfast on Thursday in Port Moresby.
Business Council of PNG (BCPNG) executive director Douveri Henao said this was by far the biggest gathering to be attended by heads of diplomatic missions, department heads and Cabinet ministers.
Henao said many of the small-medium enterprises (SMEs) had registered to attend.
The annual event hosted by Kina Bank and BCPNG will have Marape and his ministers discuss with business executives outlook for the year.
Business council president Nuni Kulu will open proceedings before Kina Bank chief executive Greg Pawson talks about the 2020 outlook, followed by Marape.
Council vice-president Hulala Tokome said the event “kicks off a projected 50 business two Government engagements in the fields of energy tariffs, internet pricing, e-commerce, cloud, e-government, agricultural investments, creative industry, fiscal policy, productivity, skills, employment and the sustainable development goals”.
