Court breached doctrine

I AGREE with Morobe Governor Powes Parkop that the Supreme Court over-stepped its boundary in its decision to order the recall of Parliament. The Oppo-sition’s motion of no confidence was not on the notice paper so how could the high court interfere in the business of Parliament by ordering the recall of Par-liament. –
