ALLOW me to commend the Opposition for upholding parliamentary democracy through the vote of no confidence against the Prime Minister Peter O’Neill in Parliament on Friday. I personally salute the People’s Progress Party for its bold and pos-itive move to leave the O’Neill Government and join the Opposition. While the vote was not successful, there is nothing to lose for PPP leader Ben Micah and his well-established party because they were mandated to listen to their people’s concern.  The move demonstrated that PPP will be a force to be reckoned in the 2017 general elections. If PPP had acted in the interests of the majority of our people, they will return in bigger and better next year. -Muno, Lae
