Court case a poor excuse by Agiru

I REFER to your report “Agiru: Case was waste of time, let’s get back to work” (Sept 6).
The comments by SHP Governor Anderson Agiru were shallow and childish.
He should not have used the court case as an excuse for not delivering the much needed services to the province in the last three years.
Southern Highlanders are not dumb or fools and he should not have treated us that way.
Is he trying to tell us that the people’s money have been wasted on the court case?
We know that he is an influential leader and have access to the national government.
The court case has not taken up all his time or prevented him from accessing funds from the government.
So it is best not to play petty politics.
