Declare new provinces

 NOW that Jiwaka and Hela have become provinces, maybe it is time for Kiunga and Lake Murray to be declared  provinces too.  Former provincial leaders such as  Semai Aitowai and Isidore Kaseng have done the ground work. The people of Kiunga and Lake Murray are looking to the current generation of leaders to make it a reality before the next elections.
