Digicel launches double credit for users making phone top up

Digicel PNG has launched double credit for users who make phone credit tops ups.
Chief executive officer Colin Stone apologised in a press statement to Digicel customers for the interruption to the bundle purchasing over the weekend and for any inconvenience that had occurred as a result.
“We understand our customers rely on service and take that responsibility very seriously and are focused on doing everything we can to ensure that we deliver a great service,” he said.
“We will be reviewing which customers were impacted and will give service credits to those customers during the week.
“We also want to announce double credits for all top up amounts made.”
“We hope our customers enjoy the double credit offer and want to again thank them all for their patience and understanding over the interruption to our bundle purchasing,” he said.
Stone said that Digicel continued to strive to ensure that its customers had the best experience.
