Drains and flooding

THE drainage system in Port Moresby needs to be upgraded to cater for the needs of a city that is expanding.
The city roads and drains are flooded every time there is heavy rain.
Obviously, the planning part of the road designs did not factor in the changes that would take place 10 to 20 years later.
It is costly to repair roads damaged by water.
This must be corrected soon, otherwise, it will be just repair after repair for Port Moresby roads.
