Drift strains development

HAS the government realised that urban drift since independence has strained vital services in major cities and towns.
It is all about lack of services reaching our rural areas or least developed areas.
We can preach but our actions are judged by those struggling to seek services – that usually stop at urban areas.
Decentralise certain legislations that give powers to the provinces, districts and LLGs.
