DSIP funds are not put to good use

Letters, Normal

THE government has come up with many good development plans.
However, the people who are charged with carrying out these plans have let the government and Papua New Guineans down by the failure to implement them.
The amount of money allocated for development projects is massive.
And what have we seen thus far?
Nothing, except for little pockets of development here and there.
What is the standard requirement for a district in terms of development and basic services?
I call on the government to set a baseline so that we, Papua New Guineans, can see how much or little our MPs have delivered.
I have read so many letters to the editor asking the K1 billion question: Where have all the funds allocated for DSIP gone to?
