Undoubtedly, the early childhood learning programme that he enrolled for helped prepare him for elementary education.
We are now seeing the reality that early learning is vital.
I appeal to members of the community , leaders and sponsoring agencies to please assist such wonderful and valuable initiatives for the good of young children in PNG. I express my gratitude to teachers and volunteers throughout our great nation who have made, and continue to make, a difference in our children’s lives in rural and urban schools.
