EC should beware of fake ballots

WITH reference to outsourcing of ballot papers, as a democratic country I feel deeply convicted that ballot papers must be audited before distributing to respective provinces and electorates.
Technology is moving very fast and any one can produce counterfeit ballot papers, it is not that hard.
If PNG false bank notes can circulate in our country, forging of ballot papers and boxes will be no exception.
This very highly classified document and independent audit must be done prior to distribution to ensure country achieves true meaning of democracy.
Although the PNG Electoral Commission stated the figure, no one has actually reconciled that figure.
