Election concern in Porgera

 MP for Lagaip-Porgera Nixon Mangape is concerned that his electorate could be managed by a different security force not recognised by the government. 

In Parliament last Friday Mangape asserted and questioned Police Minister and Madang MP Nixon Duban to clarify if he was aware of a diferent force with its own commander operating in Porgera apart from the police there.
