NATIONAL examinations results for Grade 10 students are now available online, Education Minister Joseph Yopyyopy announced during the launch of the 2019 exam results online yesterday.
The launch was made in front of guidance officers and school principals who gathered for the annual Grade 11 selection in Port Moresby.
Yopyyopy said this included the Flexible and Open Distance Education (Fode) Grade 10 examination results.
He said that the Grade 12 and Grade 8 and Fode examination results would be available online next week.
Yopyyopy said Grade 10 students and their parents could access the results using the browsers on their computer and smart phones through the website: mypngexamresults.com.
He said the results could be accessed through the ‘My PNG Exam Results’ mobile application which could be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
Log-in is then done by entering the student’s details in the space provided in this order: surname, first name or first name plus the middle name (without space) and the default password (SLF number) which is according to the format YYYYPRSSCHCAND (year, province code, school code and candidate number).
The student then will be asked to create a permanent password.
Yopyyopy said with technology, results could be accessed anywhere with internet and smart phones.
