Explain delay in paying UOG graduate teachers

WHY is the Education Department’s salaries division taking too long to process salaries of new graduate teachers from the University of Goroka, especially those with the postgraduate diploma in education?
We have been waiting for too long despite lodging all necessary documents that was required.
We are nearing the end of 2020 and are left in confusion.
We have suffered and are in the dark.
Please shed some light on the delay.
Are we going to be paid before the year ends?
We are patient and hope to receive a positive response before the year ends.
