WHY are Eastern Highlands MPs silent and forging alliance to other parties of no connection to the people.
Why can’t they sit together and come up with tangible plans to explore their province for undiscovered natural resources.
The Korofeigu flat lands in Bena towards Henganofi may have oil reserves or natural gas deposits.
Even the Daulo pass range of mountains towards Kongi may have coal deposits.
Mt Otto range of mountains may have gold deposits.
We have resources but the way our MPs are keeping to themselves is worrying. Why can’t they follow what Governor Peter Numu?
Numu is pressing for recognition regarding LNG gas deposits in Okapa.
Do our MPs have the ability to stand up for their people as one voice with the same vision?
I believe we do have geologists, scientists and engineers who can advice our MPs.
