Failed inquiry is costly

Letters

IT is procedural and important for the State to investigate public matters, but leaders instigating the commissioning of inquiry must think twice before endorsing it.
Do not sanction inquiries just to find someone’s fault compelled by political motives or assumptions.
People’s money is being spent on legal costs. This is serious!
We cannot continue to come up with failed investigations all the time. People’s money is being wasted where it is supposed to be spent on important areas.
