Fee hike hit parents hard

I WONDER how parents of students attending University of Goroka would have responded to the change of upfront payment from 70 per cent to 100 per cent.
Many students who registered early with 75 per cent upfront payment were turned away at the counter.
Being a victim, I’m sorry for the parents who sweated their guts out to collect just enough money for the usual 75 per cent, only to find that it had increased.
