Financial results out soon: InterOil

INTEROIL says it will release its financial and operating results for second quarter of this year before the market opens for trading on Thursday.
In light of the pending transaction with ExxonMobil Corporation, InterOil will not hold a conference call in connection with release of its quarterly results.
According to a market release, InterOil also notes that it has scheduled a special meeting to be held on September 21, for holders of common shares, options and restricted share units to consider the ExxonMobil transaction.
Shareholders of record as of next Wednesday, would be entitled to vote at the special meeting.
Additional information about the ExxonMobil transaction would be provided to Security holders in a management information circular which would be filed on SEDAR (system for electronic document analysis and retrieval) and mailed to Security holders in due course.
The foregoing process relating to the special meeting is subject to receipt of an interim order of the Supreme Court of Yukon.
