Fix potholes in Fort Banner

CAN the National Capital District Commission (NCDC), the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) or whoever is responsible to patch up potholes do something about the potholes in Fort Banner?
One wonders if this is the road that leads to houses of UPNG lecturers.
The roads are in a sorry state and it is shameful for UPNG.
Can the authorities go in and see the potholes for themselves?
Please fix these potholes.
