Fix traffic lights or close road

IF authorities cannot fix the traffic lights in front of Parliament House to Waigani Drive along the Independence Boulevard, then they should close it and just let it become an excess road.
We seem to have many careless and racetrack drivers, who think they are born with a driver’s licence.
They think they are kings of the road, racing up and down.
The intersection, especially the one along the Somare Crescent, has caused many accidents as the traffic lights are not working.
It is a death trap.
